Grading Obama's first 2 months

Through his first 60 or so days, if I were grading our President, I would give him a D. Why? Because every policy to date that he has set forth is socialist and anti capitalistic in nature. No policy has he set, so far, makes me have any hope for the future of our country. In fact, most of them I am down right worried about. His stimulus and bail out packages are nothing more than thinly veiled attempts to tear down Capitalism. To be completely honest, it scares the living shit out of me-especially if the Kool Aid drinking Liberal Sheep manage to re elect the man. It's not that i have anything personal against our new President, I just don't care for his policy's. However, there is a saying-in every bit of good there is a little bad and in every bit of bad there is a little good. And such is the case with Obama. Although I do not like MOST of his policy's there are 2 things which he has done that I do like...
The first came at the end of February when Obama told the US Attorney General to inform the American public of the White House's new policy regarding those states that have some legalization or decriminalization of Marijuana. That policy, in simple terms, states that Obama will no longer instruct Federal police agencies to go after and prosecute Medicinal Marijuana farms and clubs in state which have legalized Medicinal Marijuana. As part of this policy, it was also implied (at the very least) that these same agencies would back off (on Marijuana prosecutions and arrests) in states or cities which have decriminalized it...
This represents a major shift from Bush who was an anti Marijuana as you can get. It will also, by years end, prove to save the Fed Billions in tax dollars...
As a result of this policy, just days later, a few California political leaders got together to propose the outright legalization of Marijuana so as to allow them to levy taxes on Medicinal Marijuana (to start with). According to the data, "Medicinal" Marijuana is the states largest cash crop-some 2 times that of its next highest cash crop-dairy products. Nearly $2 Billion a year in tax revenue could be generated for California just on the Medicinal Marijuana alone. For cash strapped states nationwide, the option of legalizing to tax Marijuana could be become a reality, but only because of Obama's stance on Marijuana.
Something else that Obama has done which I have liked is the unfreezing of Stem Cell research...No longer will this much needed research go unfunded and it's sad to think that the blatant ignorance of our last President denied the potential benefits of this research and that, should he have allowed it, cures for many of the worlds most horrific diseases could have been discovered. But, no. Bush had to be such an arrogant pig headed ass about this research that it went unfunded and un-researched for 8 long years...It's only too bad that Obama couldn't have more policies that I-and others like me-like. If he weren't so anti capitalist and for the Fair Tax, I might even have been inclined to give him a passing grade through his first 2 months in office, but alas, that is not so and I highly doubt that he will ever get a passing grade from me. As of now, even with 2 things he has done that I have liked, he appears to be on track to be the greatest train wreck of a President our nation has ever seen and, if I were the praying type, I would be on knees every day praying that our once great nation can survive the tearing down of our great society that he has undertaken.
